Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

Returns accepted within 14 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost. If the item is not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Exchanges are not available.

Cancellations

Can I send in my own corks to be used in an order?

Yes, I would love to add a special touch to your order by using your own corks! Please keep in mind the following:

• Excess corks will not be returned unless agreed upon prior to ordering

• Some corks may not be used due to the condition or size of the cork, etc.

• You will be responsible for shipment of your corks to me. I am not responsible for corks that have been lost or damaged in transit.

• All corks will be cut in half length-wise. This means that if you have a handwritten note on your cork that wraps around the cork, I will need to cut through it in order to use the cork. Please leave me a note during checkout stating that you will be sending in corks. Once I receive your order I will send you the address to ship the corks to.

Wholesale availability

We do not currently offer wholesale pricing via the goimagine platform.
